Jln Hilir 3 Improvement - Proposal Paper and Committee Updates

The comm have been working on several ideas on how to improve the traffic and living condition of our residents at Jln Hilir 3. The most immediate is the installation/improvement of the road hump which hopefully can be implemented in the next few weeks.

As for long term solution, one idea if to move the main road away as much as possible from the residents house perimeter. The following are the basic imaginary ideas on how the ideas works. Open for suggestion to all.

The comm will apply to MPAJ to move the road further away from the residents house as much as possible.

The new gap will be used as green buffer and pedestrian walkway for residents.

Residents of Jln Hilir 3 may plant trees to further buffer the noise and pollution from the road.

Image from another angle. If we could push the road by 1m, its enough to have buffer plant. Its also prove extra securities for kids playing in front of the house, not much i must say, but something than nothing.

Dear All Committee Members and Block Reps,

Kindly note that I had communicate with Mr.Hasrol, the Head of Engineering
Dept. of MPAJ regarding the construction of hump by our contractor tomorrow
morning.

As per our conversation, I had requested him to provide us the details
specifications of the hump size. He will provide us the specifications by
today.

MISS MALAR, I need your co-operation to email to all the residents to
informed that the construction of hump for hilir 3 and at the entrance of
the guard house will be conducted tomorrow around 10:00 am morning.
