Assalamualaikum w.b.t.



Dengan segala hormatnya perbualan telefon antara saya dan tuan pada pagi ini adalah dirujuk.



Sukacita dimaklumkan bahawa dalam masa terdekat ini, Persatuan Penduduk Taman Sri Angsana Hilir ingin menganjurkan sessi Gotong Royong dan Penanaman Pokok-pokok bagi mengindahkan dan mencerna suasana bersih, ceria dan persekitaran yang nyaman di kawasan perumahan kami.



Untuk makluman tuan, wabak denggi amat berleluasa di kawasan perumahan kami. Hampir setiap bulan, terdapat warga Taman Sri Angsana Hilir yang dimasukkan ke hospital sama ada di sebabkan wabak denggi ataupun jangkitan virus. Keadaan ini amat membimbangkan kami dan persatuan penduduk telah sebulat suara berpendapat bahawa satu tindakan drastik perlu diambil untuk membenteras wabak denggi.



Justeru itu, jika dilihat dari segi persekitaran kami, dukacita dimaklumkan keadaannya amat tragis dan menyedihkan. Taman kami dikelilingi oleh kawasan longkang yang tidak teratur dan tersumbat dan membawa kepada bau yang kurang menyenangkan terutamanya selepas hujan lebat. Sementara itu, keadaan longkang di hadapan rumah penduduk juga TIDAK PERNAH dibersihkan dan bertakung. Ini merupakan salah satu punca wabak denggi berleluasa. Oleh itu, kami yakin, dengan adanya sessi gotong royong ini, ia secara langsung dapat membantu mengurangkan kes wabak denggi di kawasan perumahan kami.



Sementara itu, berhadapan dengan kawasan perumahan teres dua tingkat kami, terdapat kawasan kondominium terbengkalai dan kawasan tersebut diliputi dengan semak dan kotor. Justeru itu, untuk menjimatkan kos, kami amat berbesar hati, sekiranya semasa sessi gotong royong ini, pihak tuan boleh berkerjasama bersama dengan Encik Shamsul, dari Ler Lum HLB (No.H/P: 019- 256 6628), yakni liquidator untuk kawasan tersebut untuk berkerjasama dalam aktiviti gotong royong ini.



Untuk makluman tuan, semalam kami telah mengadakan sessi perbincangan dengan TNB berkenaan kawasan rentis yang terbiar dan dipenuhi dengan semak. Pada dasarnya, TNB bersetuju untuk berkerjasama dengan kami untuk aktiviti gotong royong ini.



Oleh yang demikian, adalah menjadi harapan kami agar pihak tuan, dapat membantu kami untuk menyediakan perkara-perkara berikut untuk sessi gotong royong:



Lori untuk sampah
Alatan-alatan gotong royong
Pekerja-pekerja am untuk membantu penduduk dalam sessi gotong royong
Khemah sebanyak 2 unit untuk menjadi markas gotong royong dan tempat berehat
kerusi dan meja
kaunter MPAJ untuk kemudahan penduduk berinteraksi bersama dengan MPAJ
Perkara lain yang berkaitan


Memandangkan kami perlu berkerjasama erat dengan jabatan tuan berkenaan perkara di atas, kami amat berbesar hati jika tuan dapat MENCADANGKAN TARIKH untuk aktivtiti gotong royong ini.



Sementara itu, untuk makluman tuan SEJAK KEBELAKANGAN INI, KAWASAN KAMI DPENUHI DENGAN TIKUS (RUPA BENTUK TIKUS INI BESAR BERSAMAAN DENGAN ANAK KUCING) dan ini amat menakut dan membimbangkan kami. Dengan ini, jika aktiviti gotong royong ini dapat dilaksankana secepat mungkin, kami yakin tikus-tikus ini juga boleh dimusnahkan demi kebersihan persekitaran.



Terakhir, adalah menjadi harapan kami agar AKTIVITI PENANAMAN POKOK dapat juga dianjurkan pada tarikh gotong royong ini untuk mengindahkan serta menghijaukan lagi kawasan persekitaran taman kami ini.





Kami berharap agar mendapat maklum balas dari tuan berkenaan cadangan kami ini dengan kadar segera dan sila hubungi saya secepat mungkin untuk perbincangan lanjut.

Dear All block reps,


I would like to seek all the block reps. Co-operation to promote our Gotong
royong events to all their fellow neighbours and residents.

Kindly also convey to residents that we are looking for sponsorship
especially for the beverages during the event. The contribution can be
either cash or food item. But food item preferable packing food since buffet
is not advisable.

I strongly believes, if all the block reps convey the message to all the
residents, we should be able to cater the beverage without further cost.

Untuk makluman tuan, pada semalam, salah seorang ahli jawatankuasa kami telah pun pergi ke Jabatan Landskap Negara dan bertemu dengan Encik Mahathir Muhamed, Penolong Pengarah jabatan tersebut. Semasa lawatan tersebut, Pegawai berkenaan telah mencadangkan beberapa jenis pokok untuk ditanam di sekeliling taman semasa gotong royong tersebut.



Bersama-sama ini, kami lampirkan salinan pokok-pokok yang dimaksudkan tersebut dan kami memohon kerjasama tuan agar dapat merujuk perkara ini kepada tapak semaian pokok MPAJ untuk mendapatkan maklumat lanjut berkenaan pokok-pokok tersebut ( sama ada boleh diperolehi atau sebaliknya ).

I just contacted Jabatan Landskap Negara, they most than willing to help us with our taman landscaping, however time is too short for them to assist us for 8th.



They are organizing a campaign now; read more here http://www.treesforlife.gov.my



A short brief on how they can help us in the future;



1. They can come and visit our taman

2. They can help us to identify ways and means to beautify our taman

3. They can assist in getting proper landscape plan

4. They will issue LO and PAY for some trees.



As for our 8th gotong royong, they will help us identify suitable tree for our kids playground and we hope MPAJ have those tree.. alternatively they will supply list us their nursery supplier where we can buy some of these trees ( cost about RM80 per big canopy tree at 3m high )

Today, i dapat call from Miss Dana Letchumya 38 hilir 6. She 's willing to
sponsor cups 500 pieces for the gotong royong. Will deliver to me on
saturday/sunday. I am so happy as i couldn't wait to share this with u all.

FYI, Puan yati Hse no 68, hilir 4 would like to sponsor 200 botol mineral botol. She cannot joint our gotong royong as that day anak dio ada sport day.

The TSAH Residents’ Association is happy and proud to inform you that we are organizing our very own Program Gotong Royong & Menanam Pokok in our effort to spruce up and beautify our beloved Taman.
Come out with your families and help make our Taman the best place to live in!
Don’t forget this date!


Date : 8 March 2009 (Sunday)

Time : 8.00 am to 2.00 pm


Breakfast and lunch will be served during the Gotong Royong.

ADUN Cempaka, Y.B. En Iskandar Samad will graciously officiate the Gotong Royong. Also present will be officers from MPAJ various department . This Program is supported by Bahagian Belia & Kemasyarakatan MPAJ, Jabatan Perkhidmatan Perbandaran & Kesihatan MPAJ, JKP Zon 16 and Pejabat ADUN Chempaka. Special thanks to Agensi Anti Dadah Kebangsaan which will organise an anti dadah exhibition during the event too!

There will be an estimated 6 contractors from MPAJ and Alam Flora to help us with the tree planting and the cleaning up. And to ensure that we are all fit and full of energy for the day, MPAJ will also organise Senamrobik with a skilled trainer. So, let us all join in and make this Gotong Royong a great success!!










We need YOUR SUPPORT to make this Gotong Royong a success! Let us work hand-in-hand to make our Taman a clean and pleasant environment for all of us to live in comfort. It’s an excellent opportunity for us to get to know each other better! We can help build a caring environment for our children to grow up in!

RE: Sesi Gotong Royong & Menanam Pokok Di Taman Sri Angsana Hilir!


Salam Hormat and Greetings to all fellow Residents of Taman Sri Angsana Hilir!
As you are aware, we will hold our Gotong Royong & Tree Planting session on

8 March 2009 (Sunday), from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm.

We are expecting approximately 500 people to be present during the Gotong Royong. These include our residents, contractors and MPAJ personnel. We will serve breakfast and lunch during the day as well ensuring sufficient drinks are available for everyone throughout this time.

We would like to seek your kind assistance for the preparation of the food and drinks for all the participants. We are planning to provide packed nasi lemak with coffee/tea for breakfast and packed nasi ayam for lunch.











However, this is a big undertaking for the Committee to bear alone. As such, we are in need of your kind assistance and contribution for the meals. We would like to make it more of a potluck – you can either contribute or sponsor the food items and mineral water or you could consider contributing some cash towards this part of the Gotong Royong. You may contribute any amount or any food item you wish. It will be most welcome.
