Please be informed that the new office bearers at yesterday's AGM are as follow :

1. Mr. Lawrence Chew : Chairman
2. Mr. Raymond Kok : Deputy Chairman
3. Mr. Raymond Lee : Secretary
4. Mr. Chan Sak Lun : Treasurer
5. En. Mohd Redzuan : Assistant Secretary
6. En. Mohd Yasin : Assistant Secretary
7. En. Abu Bakar : Assistant Secretary
8. Mdm Lau Ai Nah : Assistant Treasurer
9. Pn. Nik Hasnini : Assistant Treasurer
10 YB Senator Usha Nandhini : Legal Advisor

The houseowners attendance : 55%

Each houseowners to pay RM50.00 to the association as part of the expenses in pursuing the titles issues. The cost for the preparation for the land surveyor pre comp plan amounted to RM 1,500.00 was approved by the AGM yesterday. For those of you who have not pay their portion of RM50.00, can forward the payment to the above office bearers and a receipt will be issued to you.

I missed the AGM due to travelling.

Now I need to send the S&P etc etc as previously requested, pay the money and sign the memorandum. How and who can i contact to do this?

Hi all,
I have myself done some resear such on how we can get clear, cost effective and less hassle in getting the process of releasing houseowner's of sri angsana hilir in getting their titles.

I am not sure if any of the committee members has made any attempt to contact the National Housebuyers Association http://www.hba.org.my/main.htm in trying to get advice. In this link too you can also click in to Tribunal and it will link to the National Housing Tribunal under the Ministry of Housing and Local Government.

If none of the committe has had any contact with any of these agencies, I suggest that we quickly do so before we proceed further. If allowed, I would volunteer to assist in any way I can in regards to this matter.

Follow up from our recent AGM and feedback from houseowners, we have decided to have block representatives for each block and have recommended the following houseowners. We hope you will agree to our recommendation. The tasks of the block representatives is to interact and get to know each and every houseowners in your block and organise among yourselves.
